Project Based - Usually applies to SME's, this work refers to a type of work arrangement or approach where tasks and activities are organised and executed in a structured and time-bound manner to achieve a specific goal or objective. Projects have a defined beginning, middle, and end, and they typically involve a set of coordinated activities, resources, and stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome. Pro Bono - Talent 365 will from time to time, provide professional services voluntarily and without charge, primarily to benefit the community, individuals, or organizations in need, often with a focus on social outcomes and access to necessary services. Recruitment fees - Our recruitment fees for temporary, short-term, and project-based positions are structured to provide flexibility and value. For temporary and short-term placements, we charge a percentage of the candidate's hourly rate, which varies based on the length of the assignment and the skill level required. This fee covers our sourcing, screening, and placement services. For project-based roles, we offer a fixed fee or hourly rate, depending on the complexity and duration of the project.
